1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and return registration available Maple website, provided the item(s) meet the return conditions :

  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • The original tags are still attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, and cases when applicable.
  • Items must not be worn, altered, or damaged.
  • Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Sales to anyone we believe to be a reseller or bulk purchaser are final, and no exchanges or returns will be granted.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to socks, scarves, hats, and caps.
  • Any Items under Accessories are non-refundable

1.3 Return Process

  1. Select the “Create a Return” button below to start your return process and obtain your complimentary return label.
  1. You may also log into the My Account or Order Status section of the site to start your return.
  2. Follow the packing instructions provided with your return label.
  3. Track your parcel by clicking on “Check Return Status” in the return confirmation email or use the tracking number provided on the Check Return Status.
  4. Please allow 5 business days for us to process your return from the time it arrives at our warehouse. During our busy holiday periods, please allow a little more time.
  5. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account
  6. You will be informed by email once the return process is completed and the refund is created.
  7. Please note, that returns that are not authorized will not be processed.

1.5 Refund

  • Refunds may take 5- 7 business days to show on your account depending on your financial institution. 
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

2. Exchanges

2.1 Eligibility

2.2 Exchange Process

  • To initiate an exchange, please email return@maple-down.com[AM3]  or register on the Maple website.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with an exchange authorization number (EA) if necessary.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@maple-down.com We will arrange for a return or exchange and cover any associated shipping costs.
